No, we will not be able to accept CVs/resumes sent by post, email, fax, or other means. Applications for vacancies at Marie Stopes International must be submitted online using our careers portal.
This is because we require applicants to complete our screening questions, and by applying online this also ensures that your information is saved in our database.
You will receive confirmation by email. In addition to this, you can login to your account using your username (your email address) and the password you set up when registering. Here you will be able to see all the jobs you have applied for with us, and the status of each one.
We endeavour to get back to all applicants within four weeks, however there are occasions when we may take slightly longer due to the international travel some of our hiring managers undertake. If you are having technical difficulties please email our resourcing team.
We do not accept speculative CVs or resumes. However, you do have the option to set up job alerts so that you will receive an email as soon as a new role matching your criteria is posted on our website.
Once your application is submitted and you have received a confirmation email, you are unable to edit your application.
Up until submission you can log back into your profile by entering your username (your email address) and password. You can view your application by clicking the 'edit application' link, add additional cover letters, update your CV/resume, or make changes to the application.
If your application is unavailable it is likely that the job has now closed and therefore the deadline for submission has passed.
Your application and qualifications will be considered for the open positions you specified. If selected, a member of our resourcing team will contact you directly via email. We endeavour to get back to all applicants within four weeks of initial application.
If you log back into your profile you can view the status of your applications. ‘In Progress’ means your application is being reviewed and is awaiting action from the hiring manager.
