Tracey is a recognised leader in the independent healthcare sector and helped develop one of the UK’s most innovative healthcare companies, Circle Health. She has vast experience in quality improvement and compliance issues.

Through her own consultancy company Tracey has opened a number of successful clinics and day surgery units. Prior to this, she was a hospital director for both Nuffield and BMI.

Tracey trained as a clinician and has worked in both the public and private sectors in the UK.
