• Maintenance and administration of SunSystems and Vision (Q & A) and other finance applications by arranging for service packs to be tested, applied and distributed
• Maintaining security, static data and business rules of SunSystems ensuring all new/amendments to the structure are implemented in a timely manner and comply with MSI policy. Oversee the monthly upload of International programmes data to the international Sun database, ensuring all data is complete and on time.
• Managing questions and issues related to SunSystems and Vision (Q & A), making sure ALL contacts (phone, email, etc.) are logged and ensuring agreed SLAs are adhered to in responding/resolving issues for UK & International. Produce monthly statistics based on calls received, resolution, time taken, etc.
• Manage and organise appropriate training courses for users of SunSystems, Vision (Q & A) and Management Reporting tool. This should be ongoing and all users trained recorded appropriately.

We are looking for an experienced HR business partner to support our International teams based out of Marie Stopes International Head Office in London and our expatriate community based in MSI's overseas programmes. The International HR Manager is also the HR professional lead to our community of HR Managers across the MSI partnership, driving best practice and building HR capacity. Based out of our Head Office in Central London you will be responsible for four key objectives:

• Proactively supporting managers in the International teams based out of London on a range of people initiatives including resolution of employee relations issues, organisational change programmes, implementation of the reward strategy, and continuing to raise the bar on team and individual performance.
• Coaching, supporting and providing guidance to HR colleagues across the MSI partnership as the MSI HR professional lead.
• Supporting the provision of HR technical assistance to the overseas programmes, working with the Programmes teams, in-country HR colleagues and the Country Directors to define and support specific HR needs.
• Working as part of the HR team to develop tools, systems and processes which support managers with human resources issues and build knowledge of employment legislation and its practical application, including policies, newsletters, toolkits, standard letters, etc.

The ideal candidate will have:

• CIPD qualification.
• Significant experience working as a senior HR business partner
• Experience of supporting HR needs in an international environment, preferably working across developing countries
• Experience living and working overseas (desirable).
• Experience of leading HR best practice in an international environment.
• Experience of managing international compensation and benefits.
• Appropriate training or knowledge of UK immigration rules and legislation
• Be able to work well with all levels of the organisation up to Executive Level

The Country Director in Waiting is a training role for MSI and recognises that each CDIW will bring different skills and different levels of competency to the organisation. The role is designed to harness the skills brought which are at an advanced level, and train in those areas that need further enhancement, whilst familiarising the CDIW with MSI, our partnership model and the key components of a Senior Management position.
