Work / life balance

At Marie Stopes International, we believe team members work better if given flexibility. For those not on designated shifts (usually UK centre or call-centre team members), you can stagger your start and finish times, with the prior agreement of your manager, to suit your lifestyle needs.

Our normal working day starts between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m., and finishes between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m., with team members working a seven hour day.
