Marie Stopes International partners with academic organisations to build effective programmes and change behaviours which will have lasting impact for individuals and their communities.

For example, Marie Stopes International partners with Columbia University’s Mailman School of Public Health, Heilbrunn Department of Population and Family Health on the groundbreaking RAISE Initiative which expands access to quality services for refugee and displaced communities. Columbia University spearheads a programme of research which contributes to the design and implementation of clinical service delivery programmes supported by Marie Stopes International.
